The TP-Link TL-R480T+ is a desktop/rackmount load balance router built for small and medium businesses that need reliable multi-WAN internet access. It features three changeable WAN/LAN ports, supporting up to 4 WAN ports in total, and, as a result, lets administrators combine multiple internet connections for maximum bandwidth and automatic backup if one line fails. Furthermore, its smart load balancing function automatically selects the most efficient connection based on load and bandwidth demand, keeping uptime consistent. The router also includes a PPPoE Server for managing client accounts, IP/MAC/URL/Web filtering, and DoS attack defense, so administrators can control access and protect the network from external threats. Additionally, 4KV lightning protection helps safeguard the hardware investment from electrical surges.
